About Us

What a time to live in! Restoration Church is the third plant by River Center Church a nondenominational/ charismatic church that was planted in Pierre, South Dakota in March of 2002 by a team of three couples-headed by Pastor Dallas and Sarah McKinley. Dallas and Sarah came to South Dakota with a vision to plant multiple churches. Four years after River Center Church started, they planted their first sister church James River Church in Huron SD by Pastors Jeff and Autumn Mann.
